Mark Ihnat is currently the Director of eLearning at Humber College ITAL.  A former full-time professor and Program Coordinator in the School of Liberal Arts and Science at Humber, and with 15 years of experience in higher education, Mark now oversees faculty e-learning/digital training, the development and review of Humber’s online courses, the administration of the College’s Learning Management System (LMS) and manages the Open Learning Centre – an operation that provides seven days of the week support to all of Humber College's students.

Tamela is currently the K-12 Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Director and the Preschool Director for Humboldt Community School, with a masters’ degree from UNI. She is also an AIW Local Coach that strives to meet teachers’ needs through professional growth opportunities and sees AIW as a strong avenue to implementing the Iowa Core and preparing students for college and career readiness. Tamela facilitates the District Leadership Teams and has a strong leadership role in the district-wide AIW implementation at Humboldt CSD.

Juliet is an urban and cultural geographer with a specific focus on gentrification research in inner city neighborhoods. Currently, she works for Project for Public Spaces contributing her writing, research, and events experience to communications, conferences/trainings, and education for the organization. Originally from Los Angeles, Juliet is fresh to New York after spending nearly a decade in the UK, where she obtained her MSc and PhD in urban and cultural geography. Her PhD research focused on gentrification and cultural identity in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Silver Lake, and she continues
