Mark Ihnat is currently the Director of eLearning at Humber College ITAL. A former full-time professor and Program Coordinator in the School of Liberal Arts and Science at Humber, and with 15 years of experience in higher education, Mark now oversees faculty e-learning/digital training, the development and review of Humber’s online courses, the administration of the College’s Learning Management System (LMS) and manages the Open Learning Centre – an operation that provides seven days of the week support to all of Humber College's students.
Tamela is currently the K-12 Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Director and the Preschool Director for Humboldt Community School, with a masters’ degree from UNI. She is also an AIW Local Coach that strives to meet teachers’ needs through professional growth opportunities and sees AIW as a strong avenue to implementing the Iowa Core and preparing students for college and career readiness. Tamela facilitates the District Leadership Teams and has a strong leadership role in the district-wide AIW implementation at Humboldt CSD.
Juliet is an urban and cultural geographer with a specific focus on gentrification research in inner city neighborhoods. Currently, she works for Project for Public Spaces contributing her writing, research, and events experience to communications, conferences/trainings, and education for the organization. Originally from Los Angeles, Juliet is fresh to New York after spending nearly a decade in the UK, where she obtained her MSc and PhD in urban and cultural geography.
