Florah joined the IACC team in August 2012. She is engaged in developing long term strategies for the IACC initiatives, fundrasing, and in monitoring, evaluation and learning. Prior to this she worked as a fundraiser in the Resources Development Department of TI-S. Before joining TI, she was engaged in different capacities in areas related to civil society engagement, monitoring and evaluation/impact assessment, and urban research in South Africa and Kenya. She is a Senior Fellow of the German Foreign Exchange Service hosted African Good Governance Network. She holds an MSc in Urban Management from the Berlin Institute of Technology.
