As co-founder of K+H Connection, Kristen helps merchants optimize their payment and branded currency programs. Kristen has over a decade of payments experience working for some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. In her 8-year tenure at Discover Financial Services, Kristen held many roles including managing gift card redemption for Discover’s $1 Billion Cashback Bonus rewards program. This included working with nearly 200 of the Nation’s largest retailers. She also managed a large portfolio of Discover Network branded prepaid programs spanning various open-loop, RAN and emerging payment technologies. While with Capital One, Kristen managed the Neiman Marcus private label credit card program. She leverages her background and knowledge to co-produce the premier conference focused specifically on the Branded Currency industry, Flourish: The Growth of Branded Currency.
 
Kristen served on the Board of Directors for the Incentive Gift Card Council and is a founding member of FinTEx: FinTech Women. She is also a member of the Gift Card Network, the Incentive Marketing Association, and the Incentive Gift Card Council. Her peers in the industry look to her to be a thought leader and frequent presenter at industry events.
