Aaron Kohl is the Manager for the Offices of Liturgy and Music for the Diocese of Orlando and St. James Cathedral. Prior to this, he has served in the capacity of Director of Music and Liturgy in parishes in Cincinnati and Orlando. Aaron holds undergraduate degrees in Organ and Music Education from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) and a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Central Florida. During his time at CCM, he served as an intern for the Cincinnati Children’s Choir, a professional children’s chorus of five choirs and wrote lesson plans for the Cincinnati Symphony’s “Sound Discoveries” educational outreach program. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in theology from St. Leo University.

Aaron has been a past presenter at the Orlando Liturgical Conference and has presented workshops for the American Orff Schulwerk Association, Music Educators National Conference, and the Ohio Music Educator’s Association. He recently conducted the opening liturgy for the 2015 National Catholic Educator’s Association Conference which featured school choirs from around the diocese of Orlando.
